- All of your WiFi-seeking customers have to create a personal WiFi account that is validated using a confirmed email address provided by the customer. The customer must accept and understand the Terms of Use and the Security Statement.
- Terms of Use specifically prohibits users from gaining unauthorized access to other's computers and systems and limits your liability.
- Security Statement, like a "Caution! Wet Floor" sign, draws attention to the risks of WiFi usage and then requires your customers to acknowledge these risks before proceeding.
